You know that feeling? Where you wake up early, all rested. You get up, stretch, and remember to thank the Lord for his blessings. You make up some coffee, a few eggs, and everything is all right.
Waking up slowly is one of my favorite parts about weekends.
I was planning on putting the recipe here, but I lost it! It's pretty easy though, it's a twist on Eggs Benedict from our favorite Paleo cookbook. Tomatoes, poached egg, homemade guacamole with bacon sprinkled atop.
