Day two of school! I've just finished my Spanish 121 homework. I must say, college is a different world. Already looking forward to the weekend. People keep asking, "How's school?" and I always say, "Full of stairs!"

Gareth’s birthday was this last weekend, and due to Dad’s work schedule, the birthday was spread over three days! Presents and cake one day, the fair and more presents the next, and a movie and no chores the last day!
Happy Birthday Gareth!

We went on opening day to the local fair! Because Clara’s performance was at 6:00pm, we experienced the fair in the evening! Another new thing was all the people we saw there that we knew!
Clara was, as usual, spectacular! Her performance was amazing.
Tarquin was outstanding! He drove a race car, piloted a plane, rode a wild horse and tamed the wild goats in the petting zoo.
I’m just a *little* nervous. . .
A spectacular sunset. . .
All in all it was a wonderful day!

Labor Day Weekend was our church’s annual campout!
We came on Sunday and stayed all day. There was water, football, tag, volleyball, board games and rip-sticks. On previous days, there was dancing and kayaking, as well as the talent show. There was, of course, amazing food, daily services and on Sunday there were baptisms.
Hanging out. . .
It’s a sword!
Volleyball!
Baptisms at the Sound.
Family match! Dad got really into it, and played all afternoon.
We went home at about 9:00. We had a full and fun day!
