The fair!

We went on opening day to the local fair! Because Clara’s performance was at 6:00pm, we experienced the fair in the evening! Another new thing was all the people we saw there that we knew!

Clara was, as usual, spectacular! Her performance was amazing.

Tarquin was outstanding! He drove a race car, piloted a plane, rode a wild horse and tamed the wild goats in the petting zoo.

I’m just a *little* nervous. . .

All in all it was a wonderful day!

PB&J&T

I must say, it's been a long time since I've had a PB&J sandwich. Yum.

What did I have to do to it? A perfectly good sandwich? I had to add tahini (ground sesame seeds) to see what it tasted like.

If you've never had tahini in your PB&J, then you're smart.

Anyway, I'm going to have a fun weekend. I have a meeting at Fort Nisqually on Saturday, my sister is performing at the Puyallup Fair on the 14th, not to mention my little brother's birthday, and, as an ending to great weekend, I have a dentist appointment on the 15th.

Ah, it's starting to feel like fall!
